Just because you are eloping, doesn't mean you can't create the most amazing experience of a lifetime

Elopement or Intimate Wedding?

What's the difference?

For me, elopements and intimate weddings are interchangeable. But specifically, the guest count is the main difference.

Some couples choose to elope with just themselves present. But I also know how important family is, so having the ones that value intentionality and connection, are the ones who I would want to surround myself with and celebrate.

ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT

What is an elopement?

Elopements are often associated with "secretive" , "courthouse" or "cheap" but what does it truly mean to elope?

An elopement is a small, intimate ceremony where the focus is your relationship. You could be alone, have your family or friends and be a destination or a family cabin. Wherever you want - that's the beauty of eloping.

Eloping takes out the pressure of a traditional wedding and creates an experience that you'll look back on every anniversary and think "wow, I can't believe we got to..."

LETS DO THIS

Should we elope?

The main reason I hear among couples who have decided to elope, is that they wanted the day to be less about structure and set a different standard for their day. They don't want the traditional timeline, placements, or large party.

The day became less about the "wedding" and more about the couples love and connection. Some want that adventure, where they could enjoy an activity together then be with family or friends. Others want to get ready at a cabin while they say their vows in the presence of their guests.

The beauty of an elopement is you can do whatever you want because there are no rules.
